In Spring 2023, The Partners Group collaborated with the American Medical Group Association (AMGA) on a groundbreaking project – the 2023 Medical Group Benefits Survey.
This survey was the inaugural effort focused exclusively on medical groups to specifically identify, assess, and highlight opportunities in total rewards programs through superior data collection and analysis.
This valuable benchmarking tool is also the first assessment dedicated to multi-specialty medical groups. Providers and medical organizations will finally have the targeted data needed to drive key benefits decisions forward and to help attract and retain talent.
Beginning this Fall, our GPAS benefits experts will meet one-on-one with survey participants to discuss their data and provide:
- A better understanding of the strengths and areas for improvement in their programs.
- A comprehensive view of the tools available to enhance clinician recruitment and retention.
- Knowledge of how participants’ benefits programs measure against those of other medical group organizations.
- Insight into the thoughts and plans of the largest multi-specialty groups in the US.
Our goal is to support and lead medical groups in their quest toward improving the clinician experience and advancing the Quadruple Aim.
