September 30, 2021, Bellevue, WA – The Partners Group (TPG) has been recognized in the 2021 Healthiest Employers of Washington, an awards program created to honor people-first organizations that prioritize the wellbeing of their employee population.
Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics. Over the past year and a half, like companies the world over, TPG adapted with alacrity and agility to enabling a remote workforce and new policies because of the global pandemic.
Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employers® Index, a 1–100 rubric for wellness programming. The survey is scored and powered by Springbuk, a health intelligence platform that simplifies data-driven decision-making with an intuitive user experience, predictive modeling, and curated action steps.
TPG was recognized because of our commitment to workplace wellness and exceptional health and benefits offerings. Supporting a healthy lifestyle is an important part of TPG’s culture so we are honored to be recognized for this award. Our FRESH wellness program (Fun, Responsible, Engagement for Sustainable Health) rewards, motivates, and recognizes employees for participating in a variety of health and well-being related activities at all levels.
For example, our 2021 FRESH program targets the following aspects of health: sleep health, physical fitness, environmental wellness, mental health, hydration, financial wellness, and weight management. Employees have taken part in green home challenges, team-based walking activities, and “cut the clutter” challenges, to name a few.
