March 3, 2022 – Earlier this year, The Partners Group was honored to be included on Oregon Business’ 100 Best Places to Work for in Oregon. This week, we were pleased to learn we ranked 10th of the 33 large companies on the list. This is a gain from the previous year, in which we were number 16 of large companies. Even as employees continued to navigate a remote-work environment throughout 2021, they cited a flexible schedule, paid time off to volunteer, office lunches, catered happy hours, and an annual company off-site as well as regular family events as meaningful benefits. “I have never felt as supported by my employer as I do with TPG,” one employee said.
We are extremely proud of having earned the award for the 21st time this year. TPG has long supported a company culture that results in being an engaging, positive workplace.
