October 5, 2022 — The Partners Group is honored to be ranked 4th on the Oregonian’s 2022 List of Top Workplaces among midsize employers. We are extremely proud of having earned the award for more than 10 years in a row.
This award is significant because it is the result of our own employees’ feedback and testimony. Participants were asked to rate their employers on multiple aspects of workplace culture, from pay and benefits to company values, productivity, and leadership.
TPG has long supported and worked hard to create a company culture that results in being a top workplace. For exaple, TPG’s #Give30 campaign was launched in 2020 and is a 10-year goal to give back $30 million in 1) donated time and money to the community and 2) annual profit sharing for our own employees; by 2030, we expect to have expanded company ownership to 100% of employees. And we are well on our way.
In another example, the company’s FRESH wellness program (Fun, Responsible, Engagement for Sustainable Health) rewards, motivates, and recognizes employees for participating in a variety of health and well-being related activities at all levels.
