An initiative of ours for 2022 was to start producing video content for plan sponsors to share with plan participants. We’ve shared our videos with some of you as the need has come up, but for the rest of our clients, please take a minute to check out our content. Our most recent additions include:
• A 90-second video introduction on Target Date Funds – a great way for employees to understand why this investment option may make sense for them.
• A 14-minute video on Roth vs. Pre-Tax contributions. This longer-form video dives into more detailed considerations about the different contribution types to help participants make an informed decision for how they choose to save for retirement.
