Bend, OR – The Partners Group announces it has added John Hartz as an Employee Benefits Consultant and Amanda Chelemedos as a Commercial Lines Account Manager to their Bend, OR team. TPG’s Employer Services Division specializes in providing employee benefits, retirement plan consulting, data analytics, plus health and wellness services while the Commercial Insurance Division focuses on providing property and liability insurance, umbrella and excess liability insurances, plus risk control and coordination.

John brings comprehensive knowledge and experience to The Partners Group after working in sales and leadership roles with a Fortune 500 insurance carrier for 17 years. Most recently he focused on working with large employers ranging from 100 – 10,000 employees, specializing in benefit plan design, self-funding, voluntary benefits, benefit communications, enrollment and technology, as well as executive benefits including life and income protection planning. John’s wealth of experience on the carrier side helps his clients better understand the complex world of employee benefits in an easy to understand and transparent way. When he’s away from work, John enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, golfing, fly fishing, and paddle boarding.

Amanda brings industry insight to The Partners Group after 13 years of experience in commercial insurance. Most recently she focused on managing commercial accounts for small businesses and real estate. Amanda’s commitment to understanding risk exposures ensures her clients are protected with the appropriate strategies for their organization. When she’s not serving clients, Amanda enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her children and occasionally taking her Jeep off-road.
