OUR COMMITMENT TO VOLUNTEERISM
Our co-founders were committed to community involvement, a mission that continues today. Through our volunteering program, TPG provides one day of service per quarter on paid time. From food banks to homeless shelters, local pet rescues to national non-profits, hundreds of organizations have benefitted from our pledge to sustain and improve the communities in which we live, work, and play.
This initiative is also part of our wellness program, which promotes personal, family, community, and environmental engagement.
#GIVE30
In 2020, we kicked off a 10-year giving campaign called #Give30. The 10-year goal is to donate $30 million through time and money to the community as well as through profit sharing to our own employees. In fact, by 2030, we expect to have become 100% employee owned.
TPG FOUNDATION
In 2020, in support of our #Give30 campaign to donate $30 million by 2030, we established the TPG Foundation as a means of generating large-scale donations through major fundraising events. These funds will be given to specifically chosen charities and non-profits that serve the next generation.
