With over 28 years in the benefits industry, Holly has spent the last nine years supporting large, multi-specialty healthcare organizations and their clinicians. Her passion is in enhancing the clinician experience and addressing the challenges of the evolving workforce.

TPG’s Employee Benefits Consultant Mark Mills entered the insurance business in 1988 as a sales consultant for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerage firms. He spent 15 years as an employee benefits consultant and manager of two Fortune 500 insurance companies before joining The Partners Group in 2004. Mark is an Oregon native and graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in business administration. When not at work, he enjoys fitness training and spending time with his family.
