In 2020, the TPG Foundation was founded on a cornerstone of giving back to our staff, our families, and our communities. The goal is to raise $30 million by 2030 so that we can make a difference in the communities in which we live and work by investing in the health, wellbeing, and education of the next generation. We call it the Give30 campaign – and we’d like you to be involved!
In 2022, we hosted the first annual TPG Throwdown: Cornhole for a Cause, a spirited, competitive fundraiser open to all. The event raised $70,000, which was donated to the year’s chosen beneficiaries, INCIGHT and Every Child PDX. It was a wonderful way to kick off the foundation’s major gifts events.
Great news — planning for our 2023 fundraiser event has begun! Last week, we announced that the application for the 2023 TPG Throwdown is open. If you are (or are connected to) an Oregon-based nonprofit organization that would be interested in applying, please review the TPG Foundation page and fill out an application. The deadline to apply is February 15, 2023. Applicants must be a 501(c)3 organization in good financial and legal standing.
