It’s that time of year again, when we celebrate our accomplishments as a team and announce our company award winners. Employees are nominated and chosen by co-workers for each award, with winners pulled from our Southport offices (TPG-North) and from our combined Portland (TPG-South) and remote offices.
Announcements are made during an annual all-staff party – and this year, we were back to holding the event in-person, plus streamed in from various locations.
Without further ado, we announce the 2022 winners:

We had more than 127 nominations and 108 unique individuals who were brought forward for this award.

The 2022 Judy Award
Early employee Judy Hestor was beloved by co-workers and clients alike — she epitomized what it means to provide the best in customer service. When Judy retired in 2007, TPG created a service award in her honor. Today, the Judy Award is given to those who best represent her spirit and provide an “A” in experience to our clients.
