The Partners Group has been named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Insurance. Recently announced in the November issue of Business Insurance, TPG ranked 7th out of 100 small-employer firms. This was a sizeable move up from our ranking of 21 in 2023. Not only that, we’re so proud to have been named #5 in the Agents/Brokers category this year!
We are notably pleased with these recognitions because they were based on the feedback of our own TPG co-workers, using a multi-question Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey administered by Business Insurance and the Best Companies Group several months ago.
